Refund policy

Customers who need to cancel their rental must provide 7 days notice to receive a full refund, minus a $15 cancellation fee. Refund and cancellation requests made on or less than 7 days before a rental’s start date OR after shipment dispatch are strictly non-refundable.

Please be aware items are pre-worn and may exhibit minor imperfections that do not detract from the overall quality and aesthetic of the garment. It is the discretion of Atelier Archive to determine if any issues with the items exceed acceptable standards. We do not offer refunds.
